About the position

We are now looking for a certified teacher who wants to work in a small school environment where every day is characterized by commitment, collaboration, and closeness to the students. At Drivhuset, which is connected to Hellidsskolan grades 7-9, you will be part of a dedicated team working to create a structured, clear, and safe learning environment for students in need of special support. The position is a permanent full-time employment, with a start date according to agreement.

As a teacher at Drivhuset, you will be responsible for teaching and supporting students who need adjustments, in close collaboration with the student's other subject teachers. Presence, predictability, and structure are important parts of the students' knowledge development as well as their social development.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a teacher, preferably with experience working with students in need of special support. You are confident in your professional role, have great patience, and thrive in a role that requires both creativity and structure. Furthermore, you find it easy to build relationships with students, colleagues, and guardians. You have a good ability to listen and communicate. You work solution-focused, have good collaboration skills, and a genuine interest in each student's development both academically and socially.

You are already working today based on the expanded teacher assignment, seeing opportunities and potential to change the student's learning environment. You care about giving all students good chances to succeed; it is important to you that your students do well. You have the ability to create good relationships with the students, which makes you the most important and powerful tool for creating safety and study peace both inside and outside the classroom walls.
