This means that the school is part of a digitized society with an ever-increasing pace of development. We have two school buildings; Kvibergsskolan F-3 and Kvibergsskolan 4-9. The school's learning environments are designed for flexible and digital learning. The school's staff is divided into 7 working teams, one of which is the combined student health team. What distinguishes our working teams is that their mission is to work as a team with a culture of sharing and a common responsibility for all the school's students.

Responsibilities

We are now looking for two teachers for teaching in grades 4-6 with qualifications in Swedish/SVA/English. You will be part of one of our two working teams in the middle school and have responsibility for mentor students. The positions are temporary with the possibility of extension.

Qualifications

For the position, you must have a teaching license with qualifications for Swedish, SVA, and English in grades 4-6. We also see that you have good adequate digital competence as Kvibergsskolan is a technology-rich school with a digital profile.

You are also used to working thematically as you see the interdisciplinary approach as a key to enjoyable learning. You always have the student's learning at the center where your approach shows that you have a strong belief that all students do well if they can. You are part of a collegial learning environment to create accessible learning environments for all students, which in turn leads to increased goal fulfillment for the entire school. Your teaching is characterized by differentiation and student participation.

Furthermore, you have a good ability to improve students' academic results and have a strong interest and commitment to developing the operations together with us in our fantastic learning environments. You have the ability to create really good relationships with the students, which makes you and the working team the most powerful tool to maintain both safety and study peace in and out of school. You are curious and prepared to work based on the operational idea that has been developed, and you are both brave and unpretentious enough to continue developing it together with us.
