The new Bagarevägen preschool was completed in the summer of 2016 and is located close to nature and centrally in Henån on Orust. The preschool consists of a total of 6 home bases, three for younger preschool ages and three for older ones. Each home base consists of two to three smaller child groups for a large part of the day.

Your tasks

A large part of your work as a preschool teacher involves being responsible for the systematic quality work around pedagogical learning processes, by systematically and continuously planning, teaching, following up, evaluating, and developing teaching and learning environments based on the curriculum's writings. A genuine interest in current research and environmental monitoring is required to achieve development, thereby promoting children's development and learning.

Bagarevägen's development work is now focused on developing common positions on how we should shape the learning environment to contribute to progression in children's learning. As a preschool teacher at Bagarevägen preschool, you will participate together with other preschool teachers and the principal in the development organization. Where collegial learning is directed towards materiality and staging of the learning environment.

About you

We are looking for someone who is a licensed preschool teacher and has good knowledge of pedagogical documentation as a teaching approach, where you, through an awareness of how you reflect together with the children, stimulate them to development and learning.

You show genuine commitment to collaboratively develop the preschool's goal fulfillment with colleagues. You also have a good ability to lead and create structure in education and teaching, based on the children's explorations and questions.

We welcome applicants with experience in clarifying pedagogy, through visual support, knowledge of TAKK (sign language as a complement to communication), as well as education and experience in teaching based on aesthetic linguistic expressions.
