Krokslättsgymnasiet Studion is located in the charming and historic Krokslättsfabriker, close to Gothenburg. The learning environments at the studio are adapted to our idea of being a social pedagogical operation with establishment goals. The school is easily accessible by tram, just 9 minutes from Korsvägen or 4 minutes from Mölndal station, making it convenient for both students and staff to get here.

With approximately 50 students in the fall of 2026, we offer four national vocational programs in apprenticeship form, as well as the introductory programs IMA and IMY. We are proud of our diversity and our commitment to providing each student with an education that is both relevant and inspiring.

We are in an exciting phase of development with the goal of becoming a resource high school where students are given future opportunities to establish themselves in the labor market or continue their studies through social pedagogical methodology.

The studio is part of Krokslättsgymnasiet school unit 2, which organizes the introductory programs in Mölndal. The school unit is led by a principal and consists of four working teams: Studion, IA, Sprint, and Plug-In. Our teachers work in dynamic teams formed around the different student groups to promote collaboration and support. We value innovation and collaboration and strive to create an inspiring and supportive learning environment where both students and staff can develop and reach their full potential.

We are now looking for a committed vocational teacher with a vocational teacher's degree or equivalent pedagogical education aimed at one of our vocational programs, FS, NB, RL, or VO. You have professional experience in the relevant subject area, which gives you the ability to translate theory into practice. All our programs are conducted in apprenticeship form, meaning mostly at the workplace.

You have an interest in developing and adapting teaching to meet individual needs and the various demands of the industry.

The position is a full-time seasonal employment.

Working as a teacher at Studion Krokslättsgymnasiet means more than just teaching.

You teach your subjects, but you are also a mentor with a coaching approach, helping students plan their studies based on their individual needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who has a vocational teacher's license for high school and who wants to work with vocational education in apprenticeship form in all the programs we offer. You have experience as a vocational teacher in apprenticeship form.

You find it easy to build trusting relationships with students and are willing to try different methods to make teaching work for everyone.

You enjoy collaborating with colleagues and have good organizational skills, which are important in the daily work at our school.
