About the job

Position: Permanent employment for 35 hours a week, probationary period applies.

Start date: 2026-02-01 or by agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the job.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Work Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the meat department.

You put the finishing touch on the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important task in making the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can involve a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude, so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure that the customer leaves satisfied - preferably with an extra item in their bag and a good feeling in their body!

What will you do?

Every day brings new meetings and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:

• Ensuring that customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with the cutting of fresh Swedish meat, cut in-store.
• Working with packaging, restocking, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Contributing to offering our customers a fresh and inviting meat and deli department.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who enjoys a fast-paced environment. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are second nature to you. Do you have a burning interest in really good meat? Great! If you have worked with meat and cutting – even better!

We believe that you:

• Have a high school education and are proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it’s fantastic if you do too.
• Love meeting customers and believe that service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, and see when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
