Position: Permanent employment for 26 hours a week. A probationary period applies.
Start date: 2026-01-05 or by agreement.
Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: High school education, good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but referring to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 18 years due to the nature of the work tasks.
As a second-line supervisor, you will be prepared to step up to become a supervisor. Here you have great opportunities to grow and develop into a leader. You will be a very important part of the store's and the store team's development, and in the work to offer our customers good and sustainable food at really good prices!
Here is a bit more about the position:
- You are a team player with more responsibility to lead, distribute, and prioritize than other store employees, but without having personnel responsibility.
- Of course, you participate in the daily operational store work – you can count on getting many steps on the pedometer!
- You will learn the knowledge and skills required to eventually take on a role as a supervisor. This is a springboard to advance in your Willys career with the goal of becoming a future supervisor, team leader, or perhaps eventually a store manager?
- You work purposefully to develop the store's sales, profitability, and other important key figures.
- You are part of the store's management team and have the supervisor's job description on your development plan. You practice the skills you have learned in the job and through training.
- You are a role model in welcoming all our customers and meeting them with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile.

About you

- You are junior in your leadership and do not need to have experience from a leadership role, but see yourself as a future leader and are driven to lead others. Alternatively, you may already have experience, but not in the grocery retail sector.

- You thrive in results-oriented environments where the pace is high, you have a strong drive, good problem-solving skills, and do not shy away from making decisions when required.
