Your responsibilities

In the accommodations, working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, on-call/nights, and weekends. You will support the user with individual interventions based on their needs in their home and during leisure time.

The interventions are described in the user's implementation plan and are based on the individual.

We place great emphasis on induction. Introduction takes place both theoretically and with an experienced colleague so that you get to know those you will be supporting.

We are looking for someone who

• Is curious and engaged in supporting individuals with disabilities such as autism and intellectual disabilities.
• Has experience and/or knowledge of the work.
• Has a valid driver's license (B).
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As the work is based on trusting relationships, we place great importance on personal suitability.
