What does a day look like?

As a substitute within LSS, your main task is to provide the individual living with us the best day possible! This can involve everything from training, outings, or perhaps a cozy time in the garden. You always follow the individual's wishes and ensure that everyday life feels meaningful and fun. Furthermore, you will also support with daily tasks such as personal hygiene, cooking, and cleaning.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is caring, secure, and values the well-being of others. If you have experience working with people in care and support and/or knowledge about individuals with disabilities, that’s great, although it is not a requirement. Your engagement is very important to succeed in this role. Perhaps you are a student looking for practical experience while making a difference?

You need to be computer literate as you will document your work. We also expect you to have a good command of the Swedish language.

Want to learn sign language?

In our team, we use sign language and other ways to communicate – but no stress, we will provide you with the training you need if you don’t know it yet. The important thing is your willingness to learn and contribute!

In Enköping, our operations consist of two service apartments for adults, three group homes for adults, and a daily activity center. Employment

We apply individual salary setting, and for the summer substitute position, a normal hourly wage is provided, according to agreement.

A prerequisite for employment is that you can show an extract from the criminal record register.

A driving license (B) is also a requirement.
