Job Description
With us, you will have a varied, stimulating, and independent job where you rotate between several clinics: general practitioner clinic, sampling/laboratory, emergency clinic, and specialist clinic. The tasks include, among other things, sampling, assisting doctors in various procedures; for example, suturing, and working in the nursing assistant clinic with blood pressure checks, EKG, and ear irrigation.
You will have your own areas of responsibility and work closely with your colleagues through continuous dialogue and feedback. Together with other professional groups, you contribute to a professional and safe patient meeting – all to facilitate the patient's journey through care.
About You
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant with a focus on emergency care, or who has another nursing assistant education that the employer deems equivalent. You have work experience where meetings and assessments of people with care needs are central tasks, preferably from primary care. It is an advantage if you have documented experience in change work. We continuously work to improve our routines, working methods, and patient flows. Other healthcare-related education and training are also advantageous, as we place great importance on utilizing and further developing the competence within the health center. You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
Since our operations are based on teamwork, we are looking for someone who enjoys collaborating, communicates well in both speech and writing, and finds it easy to handle various data systems. You see the value of clear and good documentation. You can work independently when the situation requires it, but also in close collaboration with colleagues and other professionals, and you understand the importance of good dialogue in daily work.
For us, it is important that everyone is seen, heard, and has the opportunity to speak, both in the immediate work group and in the larger health center context. You contribute to a positive work environment by sharing your personality, experience, and knowledge. You actively participate in change and development work and have a positive attitude towards unforeseen events – with us, no day is like the other.
You appreciate a varied workday – both in terms of tasks and workload. Our nursing assistant group is flexible and works together to create an efficient patient flow through professional reception and good service, both towards patients and towards each other.
Application and Employment
Working hours are 37 hours with a rotating schedule/rotation service with day, evening, and weekend shifts. Currently, our employees work with a rotation service one weekend every six weeks.
