We offer present leadership, and you will have support from your immediate manager who is easily accessible on each department. As an employee, you will be offered both internal and external training. For example, all nurses go through a 4-day training in patient interaction and have the opportunity to receive paid further education to become a specialist nurse in psychiatry through the employer, with an additional salary increase of 4,000 SEK after completing the training.
