Job Description

As a clinic coordinator, you have a central role in the clinic and provide support to both the clinic manager and staff. You are a hub in the operation and organize the daily work. Your tasks include being responsible for personnel administration/planning, scheduling, purchasing, and other administration.

The clinic coordinator is part of Folktandvården's clinic management group and the clinic coordinator network in the west. The clinic management group meets twice a year, and the network for clinic coordinators has regular meetings during the term and ongoing dialogue to help and support each other in daily operations. You act as an employer representative and participate in and drive development and improvement work.

The role also includes working clinically in your primary profession.

Work Group

Folktandvården Motala is a general dental clinic with 20 employees. We have close collaboration with both general dental care in the rest of the county and specialist dental care, which we are fortunate to have in the same building. In Motala, we have 14 treatment rooms.

At Folktandvården in Motala, every employee is valuable, and we help each other. A good reception is important for both patients and staff. We are now looking for a clinic coordinator because the current clinic coordinator is moving on to other assignments within the organization.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a trained dental hygienist or dental nurse and has experience in the profession. We would like you to have experience in administrative work, leadership assignments, or leadership training. You should also have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form as you will communicate with patients, colleagues, and other partners.

We are looking for someone with good collaboration skills who enjoys working together with others in a responsive and smooth manner. You are structured, plan and organize your work effectively, and have the ability to meet deadlines. As a person, you are service-oriented and have a genuine interest in helping others with a calm and accommodating approach. You are flexible and see opportunities in changes and can quickly adapt to new conditions. Furthermore, you are proactive and driven to initiate activities that lead to concrete results. We place great importance on personal suitability.

To thrive in this role, we believe you need to have a genuine interest in supporting and helping. You should enjoy having a large number of daily contacts with both colleagues and patients.

Application and Employment

The position of clinic coordinator is a fixed-term appointment with a permanent full-time employment in your primary profession. The assignment is combined with work in your primary profession.
