Our Offer

Primärvårdscentrum Östergötland consists of 33 region-operated health centers, Vårdcentrum Finspång, Child Health Care Unit, 1177 and emergency centers evenings and weekends, and the General Medicine Training Center. We conduct a broad primary care operation where we offer care to everyone throughout life; newborns, children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, and patients at the end of life.

Vårdcentralen Tannefors is located in nice, purpose-built premises about a 10-minute walk from central Linköping. Approximately 13,300 people from urban areas as well as rural areas are registered with us. A large part is of working age. We are about 50 employees who run a complete reception service including doctor consultations, child health care, sexual counseling, specialist clinics for asthma/COPD, diabetes, incontinence, wound care, geriatric care, dietitian and counseling services. The health center also has a Family Center and a well-functioning clinical laboratory.

Together, we work to provide our patients with good and qualitative care in a timely manner. We are a great team that enjoys working together! Job Description

In addition to regular reception work, we are responsible for several special accommodations and consultations with home care. The primary care in the central district has a shared primary care emergency and home emergency that we participate in. Several doctors work with doctor-TQ which means great freedom and influence over their own schedule as well as good continuity with patients.

Our mission also includes teaching ST/AT doctors, medical students, and students from nursing colleges. This is a very important and inspiring task, which is why we hope you will also engage in this. If you do not have mentoring competence, we would like you to participate in mentor training when you come to us.

About You

You are a district doctor or specialist in general medicine. You have a Swedish medical license and Swedish language skills corresponding to level Swedish C1. Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish and English.

As a person, you are secure and stable, easily adaptable to different situations, and have very good collaboration skills. You are unpretentious and curious with a good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your work. You appreciate teamwork and have good communication skills at all levels. We place great importance on having a positive and professional attitude and being able to work independently and be flexible. Experience in mentoring both students and younger medical colleagues is an advantage.
