We are a specialized organization that offers habilitation services to children, youth, and adults, as well as their relatives and networks.

Within habilitation, we work in a team-based approach in multiprofessional teams based on age and disability. Our target groups are primarily individuals with intellectual disabilities, movement disabilities, and autism. The habilitation services provide a qualitative complement to the health and medical care's other interventions and the community's general support. The services consist of assessment, evaluation, advice, and treatment.

The habilitation offers mentorship during the introductory year and close collaboration with your professional colleagues. Research and development work is also conducted in habilitation, and you will have opportunities to be part of this.

Job Description

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist for the adult team in Motala/Linköping, focusing on youth and adults with various disabilities. We offer you a fun, stimulating, and varied job in a multiprofessional adult team. Your tasks will consist of assessment and treatment of patients with movement disabilities and/or intellectual disabilities. The interventions include adapted physical activity and training, pain treatment, and various types of positioning. We meet patients in different environments, that is, here at the clinic, at home, or at their workplace. Your tasks also include testing, prescribing, and follow-up of assistive devices.

You will conduct both individual assessments and visits together with other professionals. In your work, you will collaborate with various professions, provide information, guidance, and training to individuals in the patient's immediate environment. As a staff member in habilitation, you are expected to participate in teamwork, business development, network work, and habilitation planning. Collaboration with other organizations is common.

About You

We are looking for you who are a licensed physiotherapist. We prefer that you have worked as a physiotherapist for a while, and it is an advantage if you have experience with the target group. The position involves travel and requires you to have a B driver's license.

You have a good ability to collaborate with other professionals and care neighbors. You enjoy working in a team while also needing to work independently and take your own initiatives while working in a structured manner. In your professional role, you easily adapt to changing circumstances and see opportunities in changes. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability and maturity.
