The rehab team consists of 4 occupational therapists, 3 physiotherapists, and 1 rehab assistant. We work in a team-based manner with the individual at the center. The assignment involves a strong patient focus and a good service spirit. We have close cooperation with nurses, nursing assistants, care staff, unit managers, and care coordinators. Our workgroup is characterized by security, good community, and a flexible working method.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Your tasks are varied as the work takes place within regular housing, special housing, and within LSS operations. The municipality is divided into geographical areas where you, together with the occupational therapist, have primary responsibility for the units in your area.

As a physiotherapist, you are responsible for assessing functional ability and rehabilitating individual patients. You initiate treatment, training, and assistive device trials to maintain and/or improve functional ability.

The work also includes close support to individual patients and their relatives. Guidance and training of students and staff with a focus on patient-centered care and rehabilitative approaches are also a significant part of the work.

Full-time weekdays from 7:30 AM to 4 PM. We apply flexible working hours.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for a licensed physiotherapist who has a genuine interest in people and sees the whole picture. As a person, you are empathetic and curious and have a person-centered approach. You are responsible and have a good ability to plan and work independently. You have good collaboration skills and can quickly adapt to new conditions. Experience in municipal home care is an advantage.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
