About the role
As a nursing assistant, you are the hub of our digital reception. You meet patients via video, phone, and email, coordinate cases, and ensure that processes run smoothly. You will be the one who creates a positive experience for both patients and colleagues with confidence and clarity.
This is a role for you who sees the opportunities in digital care and enjoys working solution-focused and independently.
We are looking for someone who
- Is confident in digital meetings and provides a professional, clear, and service-oriented approach.
- Works in a structured, independent, and meticulous manner, with good prioritization skills.
- Has the ability to create security in contact with patients.
- Has good administrative skills and an eye for detail.
- Quickly understands patients' needs and meets them with empathy and clarity.
- Communicates clearly, respectfully, and effectively with both patients and colleagues.
- Has experience in administrative work within healthcare, psychiatry (meritorious).
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing; knowledge of English is meritorious.
Your tasks
- Receive and manage patient contacts via video, phone, chat, and email.
- Coordinate and administer cases within psychiatry.
- Ensure accurate and thorough documentation.
- Collaborate with the team of doctors, nurses, psychologists, and other team members to streamline processes.
- Contribute to clear, professional, and service-oriented communication.

The position is performed digitally but is based at the office. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
