About the role

As a nursing assistant in short-term accommodation, you work to provide good care and support based on each resident's individual needs. Daily tasks include supporting residents in daily activities such as personal care, assistance during meals, and performing delegated medical tasks.

Documentation in our system Lifecare is also part of the job.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has equivalent education. You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are collaborative and have the ability to adapt your work to different residents' needs and situations. You are attentive, responsible, and communicate clearly.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
