Boxholm municipality is now looking for you, a licensed nurse who wants to work closely with people and contribute to a meaningful everyday life for the municipality's residents.

About the role

As a licensed nurse, you are responsible for both specific and general care within special accommodations, short-term care, home care, LSS, and social psychiatry. You will be part of a group with experienced and wonderful colleagues, in a driven and secure team, where we share our knowledge and support each other.

You have a central role where planning, follow-up, supervision of staff, and support and advice to relatives are important tasks. You will collaborate with other professionals such as occupational therapists and physiotherapists. We provide services based on individual needs and the best interest of the patient.

Your tasks include performing medical assessments and planning care interventions, administering medications, collaborating with other care providers and professionals, as well as documenting and reporting in our systems.

The weekly working time is 37 hours a week in a full-time position.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse. As a person, you are flexible, positive, independent, and enjoy a role where you can take responsibility and collaborate with others. A B driver's license is a requirement. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

It is an advantage if you have previous experience working with geriatrics, elderly care, or home care. You are used to working independently, collaborate well with colleagues, nursing staff, and other professionals. You have good experience with IT-based record systems and can express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.
