About us At E.ON, we work to create a safe and sustainable energy system for both today's and tomorrow's society. In Norrköping, you will find an experienced and helpful team that enjoys working together and is eager to share their knowledge. We are responsible for the distribution of district heating and cooling and work closely with production at the Händelö plant. We are now looking for a documentation engineer who wants to contribute to ensuring that our district heating networks remain modern, safe, and well-documented. We work closely with our colleagues in Örebro, and the position involves documentation responsibility for both Norrköping and Örebro.

About the position In this role, you will document the district heating network in Norrköping and also work digitally with data from Örebro. You will collect, quality assure, and update technical information, receive data from projects and contractors, and ensure that the system reflects reality.

The work is characterized by accuracy and long-term thinking. Your structured approach helps us keep the documentation updated and correct, creating security and quality in our projects. At the same time, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of our digital working methods, where there is great potential for efficiency and improvement. You will collaborate closely with several roles, such as project managers, alarm technicians, and facility managers, and participate in simpler design or investigations as needed.

Your experiences We believe you thrive in a role where you can combine independent work with close collaboration. You appreciate structure, accuracy, and long-term tasks, while also enjoying having people around you and building good relationships in everyday life. To succeed in this role, we see that you have good computer skills and an interest in working in technical systems, along with experience in technical documentation, design, mapping, or similar engineering-related work. You are good at analyzing information, noticing details, and collaborating with different roles, and you are curious about contributing to our digital development.

It is advantageous if you have experience with CAD, have worked in the energy sector or another technical industry, or have an engineering background or several years of experience in technical management work. We are looking for someone who wants to grow long-term and become really good in their role – with us, it is your attitude, accuracy, and commitment that make the biggest difference.
