Your role as a consultant in leadership, technology, and business development

As a consultant at Combitech, you will have the opportunity to experience a varied daily life in assignments that challenge you and help you grow in your areas. You may have roles in coordination, technology and systems management, project management, business development, or perhaps as an interim manager for one of our clients, primarily in the industry. You will have the opportunity to learn through your tasks and by solving the assigned tasks of the project/team together with your colleagues. We also encourage you to generously share your knowledge.

As a consultant at Combitech, you are employed in a unit where your leadership is in focus and where experiences range from recent graduates to seniors. You will then have assignments with clients or in one of our internal teams. The time in assignments is primarily driven by the client's needs, and the time with Combitech is dedicated to developing both professionally and personally. Depending on your level of experience, we have different types of programs and training to support you in your continued journey.

Our top priority is that you want to continue developing, both in your professional field and personally. You ask questions, have good collaboration skills, are helpful, and want to drive tasks forward. By being curious to learn from others while also being generous with your own knowledge, we help our clients succeed and develop.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who is a university or civil engineer, has gained a few years of experience in various roles within industry or other technical roles, and who wants to continue developing with us!

You have a passion for technology and development, are driven, and have a strong commitment to developing yourself, people, relationships, and businesses.

We are looking for someone who is unpretentious and has the flexibility and adaptability required to thrive in the role of consultant and in working in a dynamic environment.

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with a background check.
