We are looking for a structured and driven Quality Engineer who wants to work on ensuring and developing quality work together with international teams and suppliers.

We are looking for someone with an analytical mindset, solution-oriented, and a good ability to both structure your work and collaborate with both internal and external parties. You thrive in a role where you can combine detailed analytical work with a holistic perspective and long-term improvement efforts. You recognize yourself as a calm, secure, and relationship-building person with a positive outlook.

What experience & qualifications do you have:

* You have post-secondary education in engineering, industrial economics, quality, or a similar field, or equivalent professional experience.

* You have a strong interest and knowledge in quality, likely gained from work in production, business development, and purchasing, and you are now motivated to bring it all together into a new exciting role with an international touch.

* You have previously worked with global teams and coordination of quality and process issues internationally.

* You have good statistical skills and can both perform and interpret statistical analyses as well as use analysis tools.

* You can drive root cause analyses (RCA) and find, coordinate, and follow up on quality and improvement work.
