About the job

The Adult Section's housing support in Huddinge municipality is aimed at individuals with long-term mental disabilities aged 18-65 or individuals with comorbidity, addiction, and mental disabilities.

You will work throughout Huddinge municipality with users who have assistance decisions for housing support or escort according to SoL. The tasks consist of receiving assignments (housing support or escort) and ensuring that interventions are carried out in a methodical and pedagogical manner together with the user. Most of the work takes place in the user's own home. The assignment may involve supporting the user in structuring their daily life, establishing and maintaining contact with healthcare or authorities, providing support regarding household finances, and similar tasks. About you

We are looking for someone with a higher education, preferably in social work (social worker, social pedagogue, behavioral scientist, or equivalent) or a trained nursing assistant with a focus on psychiatry (mental health worker). We would like you to have prior experience with our target group. It is advantageous if you have case manager training or education in neuropsychiatry, addiction studies, ESL, and MI.

You, as an applicant, find it easy to create social contacts and collaborate with others. You are structured, responsible, and good at motivating and engaging others. Holding a driver's license is an advantage. For the position, good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, is a prerequisite.
