ABOUT THE POSITION
Bättre Assistans is part of Inre Kraft and we are looking for someone who wants to work as a personal assistant on an as-needed basis for our client in Luleå. We are seeking 3 additional substitutes as needed to strengthen the existing staff group during illness and other absences. There is also a chance for a permanent position of about 50% with this client.
The working hours are varied between day, evening, and night. Weekends as well as weekdays.
Here are examples of working hours:
- 07:00 AM - 06:00 PM
- 06:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Start date will be agreed upon, and we would like to see you begin the introduction immediately.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is in their 30s and enjoys being active through various activities, watching movies, walking, and listening to music. Our client needs your help as an assistant in their daily life as they have autism.
The tasks include:
- Support with daily routines, such as household chores
- Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, and during meals
- Guidance and support in daily life
The client uses communication aids.
ARE YOU THE ONE WE'RE LOOKING FOR?
To thrive with our client, you should be confident in yourself, a good team player who works well with your colleagues. You should be communicative and have a good ability to adjust your activity level according to the client; at times the work involves a lot of stillness, quickly shifting to activities that require supervision. You should have a good ability to read other people and enjoy working preventively. We also see that you have basic cooking skills as it is important for the client to have home-cooked meals.

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Non-smoker
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience and knowledge of working with autism
- Ability to tolerate chlorine and be a good swimmer
Employment rate: Substitute as needed
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other compensation in accordance with collective agreements.
