We are looking for three social workers for an assignment within public authority operations regarding children and youth. The assignment involves investigating, assessing, and following up on interventions according to the Social Services Act, focusing on safety, legal certainty, and the best interests of the child. The role requires a strong ability to work independently, take responsibility for case processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigation and handling of cases concerning children and youth according to SoL
• Contact and collaboration with children, guardians, and partners
• Structured documentation and follow-up of decisions
• Professional interaction in both complex and time-pressured situations

Consultant Requirements

• Degree in social work
• At least two years of experience as a consultant through a consulting firm in public authority operations concerning children and youth
• Current experience with the operational system Pulsen Combine
• Ability to work independently, structured, and legally secure
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both orally and in writing

General Requirements

• Good system familiarity and knowledge of social services legislation
• Ability to manage varying workloads
• Collaborative skills and a professional approach
• Flexibility based on the needs of the organization

About the Assignment

• Three consultants are requested
• Full-time 40 hours per week
• Working hours weekdays 08:00–17:00
• Start February 2, 2026
• End August 31, 2026
• Possibility of extension for up to five months
• Work on-site at the client, some remote work may occur by agreement
