I am a cheerful guy in my 30s who truly loves animals and nature! I also appreciate varied activities - it can be both big and small excursions, going to the swimming pool, horseback riding, or dog sledding. When I'm not out on activities, I enjoy crafting at home or watching TV/Movies.

Your Role:

As a personal assistant, you will support and help our client in everything related to his daily life, such as managing his home and daily living, participating in activities, and reading and preventing situations that may be too challenging for him. Being able to swim and not being allergic to pets is important as his activities often include swimming or animals. You should be able to work in a low-arousal manner and be a support in his communication.

About the Position:

The position begins with an introduction and a needs-based employment with the possibility of a permanent position of about 90%. Assistance is provided around the clock, with 4 hours of waiting time, as well as some time for double staffing. The shifts are mainly overnight shifts, but shorter shifts also occur.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is engaged, proactive, and responsible.
• Has a B driver's license and access to a car (Requirement).
• Is patient, flexible, and can adapt to changing situations.
• Is a competent swimmer and does not have pet allergies.

Experience from similar work is a plus, but not a requirement as your personal qualities are the most important!
