Personal Assistant Wanted in Stockholm

About You

You are a secure and engaged person with the ability to create calm and structure in everyday life. You are a problem solver who enjoys being involved in a person's development – both in terms of training, communication, and motivation.

We Prefer That You Have

• Experience with low-arousal approaches
• Experience in personal assistance
• No pet allergies
• Non-smoker
• Fluent in spoken and written Swedish
• An interest in fashion and makeup is a plus

About the Client

The client is a woman in her 25s with a physical disability who needs support in her daily life. As an assistant, you will help her with daily routines, household chores, personal hygiene, dressing and undressing, meals, and transfers. You will also accompany her to activities and help create motivation and structure in her daily life. The work varies in pace, so it is important that you are attentive, proactive, and have a sense of when to take the lead or adopt a more passive role. She is very fashion-conscious and enjoys makeup, so it’s a plus if you share this interest.

Working Hours

Day and night shifts with sleeping on-call, and daytime as needed from 11:00 AM to 4:30 PM (some double assistance may occur).

Scope: about 6-7 shifts per month with the possibility of extra shifts as needed.
