Now you have the chance to work extra with us at Humbla Tranvik. We are in need of employees who can step in at short notice, but also more continuously.

Tranvik's group home is a workplace where you will have a large degree of responsibility and the opportunity for influence. You will work in a safe team where everyone has extensive experience with the work and the target group.

You must at least be an educated support educator, nursing assistant, or mental health worker. A driver's license (B) is required.

We work with a salutogenic approach. The methods we rely on are low-arousal responses and clarifying pedagogy. With this, we aim to ensure that our residents feel a high degree of meaningfulness, comprehensibility, and manageability, with the goal of living as independently as possible.

Humbla offers a good working environment and competent colleagues in the team. There are good opportunities for extra work for those who can work irregular hours. Evenings, weekends, and night shifts are available.
