Preferred qualifications:

Lead Assistant:
This position as a personal assistant includes an extended role as a lead assistant (personal coordinator) in the assistance. This means that you, in close consultation with the assistance user (or legal representative), design the personal assistance according to the intentions of LSS regarding self-determination, choice, and personal integrity.
In addition to leading other assistants as mentioned above, you ensure that the work environment is safe and secure, you are responsible for scheduling, participate in the recruitment of new assistants, and document, etc. You will have close and continuous collaboration with the team leader at the office who is your immediate supervisor. You will receive extensive training, support, and coaching to manage your key position. This is a paid assignment.
Working hours:
The position is 75% and involves working according to a fixed schedule. Working hours are allocated to both day and night shifts. Night shifts include 7 hours of standby time. We prefer that you are available for both types of shifts and can work every other weekend.
