About the role   As a team leader, you primarily work in the operations with care and treatment work. You also have administrative tasks such as scheduling, updating risk assessments, deviations, and documentation. You lead the daily work by introducing, coaching, and including. Furthermore, you ensure good quality in the operations and work based on Nytida's pedagogical framework (https://nytida.se/sa-jobbar-vi/nytidas-pedagogiska-ramverk/) to provide the best possible support and conditions for the care recipients. Of course, you also contribute to a good working environment and good relationships with the clients and relatives of the operations. This is done by being present and supportive, answering questions, leading, giving feedback, and confirming your employees in their daily work. You report to the operations manager and are part of the management team. The employment is 100% and you work on a rolling schedule with weekend and evening shifts.

About the unit

Söderby Gärde is a group home where individuals with autism, autism-like conditions, or intellectual disabilities live. The residence is nestled in a quiet nature area, close to public transport, making it easy to get there. Here, 5 people live.

Your experience and knowledge You have a university degree in pedagogy, social work, or care and support, as well as experience with the target group. Furthermore, you speak and write fluent Swedish and have good computer skills. It is an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of various forms of cognitive support and low-arousal approaches, as well as of leadership.

You are clear, pedagogical, and driven by helping people grow and develop in their professional roles. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, and easy to collaborate with. You have the will and ability to lead and follow up on operations based on the company's goals and financial frameworks. You are proactive and responsive to the care recipient's needs and have a natural respect for other people.
