Our cheerful and lovely girl is now looking for a personal assistant. The days are very varied in working with her. There are days filled with play, laughter, and fun, but also times when your role is to prevent and manage frustrations and problem-causing situations. Therefore, it is important to always be interested in her well-being and to be adaptable in different environments. The work should be characterized by strengthening the client's independence and self-determination.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and works with an open mind. It is a great merit if you have previously worked in a school with functional variations, been an educator, or worked in a similar field. Your background does not necessarily have to be as a personal assistant, but perhaps you have worked with individuals on the autism spectrum in another type of activity.

You should be positive, attentive, responsible, and playful. With a great responsibility to manage and plan the day and work with clarity. It is incredibly important to build a relationship and work according to her needs and lifestyle. This creates trust and security for her. The client has a great interest in taking the bus, subway, and boat. She has epilepsy and autism, so previous experience with this is advantageous.

You need to have the following qualities/interests:

• Enjoy playing
• Enjoy coming up with activities
• Be able to remain calm in all situations
• Have a childlike spirit and act playfully
• Be stable and secure in yourself (thick-skinned)

If you are the person we are looking for, you will be an assistant to a fantastic girl with a great interest in fun and play. It is an incredibly learning and developing job where there is an opportunity to become her friend. She has extensive supervision and care needs.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is inventive, motivating, and engaging.
• Is positive, calm, stable, and secure in themselves.
• Has autism-specific knowledge.
• Is attentive, clear, and adaptable in their working method.
• Is responsible, patient, and has great endurance.
• Has a strong ability to control and manage their own emotions.
• Must be able to write, understand, and speak fluent Swedish as daily written documentation is required.

The position involves hours around the clock. Day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, the position is approximately 50-80 percent.
