Svea Boende AB is now seeking a Recruitment and Placement Manager with a strong drive,

business understanding, and relationship skills for our growing foster home operations.

About the role

In the role of Recruitment and Placement Manager, you will have overall responsibility for creating,

maintaining, and developing our network of foster homes and ensuring accurate and quick

matches based on the municipalities' placement needs.

You will work in close dialogue with social services, foster homes, and internal functions and have a clear

operational responsibility for the entire placement chain – from the first contact to signed placement.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment and Placement Manager, you will primarily work with placements and

matching between the municipalities' needs and our available foster homes. The position has a

strong external focus and involves close and continuous collaboration with social services and

other clients.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Working operationally with placements and quickly matching the right foster home to the right assignment

• Maintaining ongoing contact with municipalities and social services regarding current placement needs

• Building and developing long-term relationships with external clients

• Actively working with direct procurements and new business opportunities

• Participating in tender work and procurements

• Following cases from inquiry to completed placement

• Participating in operational meetings and business development

• Working systematically with follow-up, quality, and documentation
 

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience in foster care, HVB, or social work

• Is familiar with authority contacts and understands the workings of social services

• Works independently, systematically, and solution-oriented

• Has good communication and negotiation skills

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with clear goals

• Has good administrative skills and is accustomed to documentation

• A driver's license (B) is an advantage
