Your Role

As a software engineer with us, you will play a key role in the development of embedded systems where programming is at the center. You will take significant responsibility for your code - from design and implementation to testing in our test environments/rigs.

You will be an important part of our agile scrum team, developing advanced software for customers in aviation, marine, and land-based applications. Our products consist of passive sensors that measure radar signals to create a clear situational picture of surrounding platforms - a central technology for the future of security and surveillance solutions.

The section is currently located at our office in Järfälla but will be moved to our new office in Solna Strand in 2026.

Your Profile

We are looking for a solution-oriented person who is self-driven and has a strong interest in technology. You thrive in a modern environment where you can take initiative and influence both technology and working methods. You also have:

A degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Technical Physics, or similar.
Experience in programming and development of embedded systems.
At least a few years of experience in C++ programming.

We consider it an advantage if you have:

Experience with radar and sensor systems.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable regulations for security protection. For positions where Saab has security classification requirements, this may, in some cases, involve citizenship requirements.
