Senior AV Technician

We are now looking for an experienced employee who wants to work with the design, development, and management of Must's various AV technologies, VTC, and Collaboration products. The focus will be on developing and implementing secure solutions, management, and transition projects. The work may also include planning, technical project management, architecture, and contact with suppliers. The advertisement is aimed at several positions within the area. Together with us in the section, you will contribute to an efficient AV capability and ensure that information management can be conducted both in the short and long term. A gradual handover to operations will be planned as needed, and collaboration with other sections will occur continuously.

Main Responsibilities

You will primarily work on the development of secure communication solutions, AV, VTC closely linked to VOIP and network infrastructures. The work is varied, and to succeed in your role, you will work together with colleagues. Your tasks will also include participating and providing support to the office's other operations. On-call duty and travel may occur.

Qualifications

• Academic/post-secondary education with a focus on AV technology, networking, or data communication, system science, or equivalent knowledge that the employer can assess as equivalent.
• Several years of relevant professional experience in networking and AV/VTC/Collaboration products.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
• Good knowledge of IT security.

Meritorious

• Experience working with IP-based networks.
• Deep understanding of the function of AV, VTC, and IP telephony.
• Some experience with configuring routers, switches, firewalls, VPN, and log management.
• Experience in product development projects.
• Experience in IT infrastructure from the Armed Forces or another authority within total defense.
• Driver's license B.

Employment type: Permanent employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date: By agreement. Work location: Stockholm. The work is conducted on-site with limited opportunities for remote work.
