We are now looking for a driven and service-oriented mid-level consultant for an exciting assignment in authorization and compliance.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking an SAP Authorization Administrator for an international team for Authorization & Compliance, part of the Financial Systems within the corporate finance area. The team consists of about 12 people, and you will report to the head of Authorization & Compliance. The team works to achieve efficient authorization and support with relevant tools, and supports compliance activities, primarily within the SAP ERP area, with the help of an IAM system (Identity Management).
Together, everyone strives for a harmonized delivery across all regions and strong cross-border collaboration. We are looking for someone with a business-oriented approach to SAP and a desire to work proactively and solution-oriented.
This is a temporary consulting assignment that runs from the desired start date of 2026-01-19 until 2026-06-21.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
- Work with authorization administration across regions; manage requests for access and troubleshooting in systems such as SAP and IAM systems
- Act as a single point of contact (SPOC) towards business areas, IT, and outsourcing partners to ensure good service
- Support with monitoring and oversight of compliance, audit findings, and financial risks, including SoD risks (Segregation of Duties)
- Assist with business changes (e.g., establishment/closure of companies) and participate in development projects
- Work to harmonize and streamline authorization concepts and processes
- Deliver services with high quality and according to common processes and guidelines
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has completed a Swedish high school education
- Has 2–4 years of experience working with SAP
- Experience working with authorizations and Identity Management systems (IAM)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Experience or knowledge of financial processes
- Experience in process development and project work
- Fluent in both Swedish and English (spoken and written)
