Assignment Description

We are now looking for a Senior IT Strategist on behalf of our client for an exciting assignment that involves developing and improving collaboration with customers through effective governance models, transparency, and mature agile working methods. The role is strategically important and involves contributing to long-term improvements in governance, product management, and change management.

As an IT Strategist, you will have the opportunity to work with overarching analysis, design of governance documents, and improvements to the existing governance structure. You will be a central actor in creating anchoring and engagement among multiple stakeholders and will have the opportunity to lead initiatives that impact both strategy and operational work. The role is perfect for you who want to combine analytical depth, creative problem-solving, and communication skills in a developing and influential environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze existing governance documents, processes, and forums and identify improvement opportunities
Design and implement improved governance and production models within IT
Create anchoring and engagement among stakeholders through clear communication and inclusive workshops
Independently lead workflows with a focus on high quality and results
Contribute to the development of agile working methods and product leadership
Prepare and facilitate co-creation workshops to drive collaborative solutions
Ensure that change initiatives are anchored and become sustainable over time

Qualifications

5–10 years of experience from management consulting or similar
Documented experience in strategy, governance, and product management within IT
Good understanding of agile working methods and governance modeling
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex contexts
Ability to plan and lead workflows independently
Strong change and influence capability to create anchoring among multiple stakeholders

Desired Qualifications

Experience working with management and governance in larger IT organizations
Ability to drive improvements in both governance and product management
Previous experience with co-creation workshops or facilitator roles
Deep analytical competence combined with practical implementation ability
