Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for a process owner for our master data team for product information, responsible for the entire group's needs. You will be responsible for harmonizing our common processes with the goal of creating customer value and ensuring efficiency and data quality throughout the group. The role involves developing and managing our core processes based on the group's needs.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, curious, and accustomed to working both independently and in teams. You are a good communicator who understands the value of structure and clarity while being solution-oriented, flexible, and having an unpretentious attitude. You enjoy working cross-functionally and managing multiple parallel processes.

You will be part of our Category & Purchasing Process & Development Articles department and will report to the Head of Process & Development Articles. We have a strong internal community where we work together, support each other, and have fun.

A leading sustainability effort.

Sustainable business practices are an integral part of how we at Martin & Servera develop our business. We believe that companies can change society for the better. Our sustainability strategy is based on maximizing business and societal benefits while minimizing negative impacts on people, animals, and nature. You will be an important part of the work we do together every day for a more sustainable future.

Stable and long-term.

We have a strong and long-term owner in the family-owned Axel Johnson, which creates both security and great development opportunities within the group.

We offer you.

With us, you will get an exciting job with good benefits such as a generous wellness allowance, healthcare allowance, and lunch subsidy. We challenge ourselves and value performance in the same way we care about a good balance between work and private life. We offer the opportunity for remote work two days a week. For us, a safe and secure working environment is important, which is why we conduct random drug and alcohol tests at our workplaces.

Your main responsibilities.

As a process owner for the entire group, your main responsibility is to focus on our business and system processes to help create a stable operation that meets customer expectations and builds the brand of the future. You are attentive to the needs of the entire organization and work proactively to meet these based on the group's and companies' business goals. You will work in a team that has close collaboration and many cross-functional contact points. To secure tomorrow's customer, we always want to stay one step ahead by coaching employees and working for continuous improvements in the processes. Our guiding principles are simplicity and efficiency.

Important for the job to suit you.

You are an independent and attentive doer who promotes change management daily and can motivate the organization to look forward. The ability to switch between a helicopter perspective and detailed issues is crucial to determine what needs to be prioritized, but also to successfully drive the practical work and ensure that processes are followed.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

  • Relevant education and/or similar work experience.
  • Strong ability to develop effective processes.
  • Good system understanding.
  • Experience in requirement specification.
  • Ability to identify and clearly address problems and challenges.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good business understanding.

It is meritorious to have:

  • Experience working cross-functionally.
  • Experience with GS1 standards.
  • Experience working with food products.
  • Experience working with PIM systems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Experience working with AI.
