We are now seeking a driven Business Architect who wants to strengthen Söderenergi's work for a safe and sustainable society!

As a business architect, you will play a key role in shaping and developing our business architecture through process modeling and facilitation in close collaboration with both the business and IT. You will work strategically to ensure that processes, information flows, and system support are well interconnected and contribute to our overall goals. The role also includes responsibility for administering and further developing our business support system Qualiware, as well as being the object manager for Business Support according to pm³. You will also be an important educator and facilitator in areas such as process modeling and information structuring.

• Develop and manage the business architecture in line with the organization's strategic goals.
• Model and visualize business processes, information flows, and target architectures.
• Be the system administrator for Qualiware, including configuration, user support, and further development.
• Drive management planning and prioritization for the Business Support object according to pm³.
• Be responsible for establishing and managing the concept model and metadata model.
• Plan and conduct training in process management, modeling, and use of Qualiware.
• Collaborate with other IT functions and architect roles to ensure a cohesive business architecture.

We are looking for a curious and engaged business architect who is driven by combining strategic work with practical implementation. You are passionate about developing and improving business processes and information structures and thrive in a central role where you collaborate with both the business and IT.

You are a structured and analytical person who easily sees the big picture and understands how processes, systems, and information flows are interconnected. As a person, you are communicative, pedagogical, and have a natural ability to explain complex relationships to different target groups.

We also see that you have clear leadership qualities; you are a natural leader who creates engagement and brings people along in the change process. You motivate and inspire, build trust, and get different functions to work towards common goals. You thrive in a role where you have both strategic responsibility and the opportunity to be a driving force in change work.

• Academic degree in informatics, computer science, organization and management, or equivalent.
• Several years of experience working as a business architect or in a similar strategic role.
• Good knowledge of process modeling (preferably BPMN or equivalent).
• Experience with concept models, metadata management, and information structuring.
• Documented experience in using and administering Qualiware (or another EA tool).
• Experience working in pm³ governed management operations.

We consider it an advantage if you have certification in TOGAF, ArchiMate, or other architecture methodologies, experience in training or workshop facilitation, and if you have previously worked in the public sector.

Please note that the position will involve security clearance.
