About the role As a Hotel Receptionist at Smådalarö Gård Hotel & Spa, you will be an important part of the guests' first impression and experience. You will work in an environment where service is the focus and where every meeting counts. The role includes being responsible for the check-in and check-out of hotel, conference, and spa guests, while also handling incoming phone calls and emails with the same care and professionalism. You will work with bookings for treatments, spa, rooms, activities, and restaurant visits, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and that the guest always feels seen and welcome. The role also involves sales from both the bar and shop, as well as responsibility for room setting and contributing to ensuring that our routines and quality are followed. As part of the team during evenings, weekends, and holidays, you will be a reliable and positive force supporting both guests and colleagues. You will always work according to SABIS's vision and customer promise, where care, joy, and engagement are a natural part of your approach.

Your profile We are looking for someone with several years of experience in hotel reception or similar service roles who enjoys a position that combines service, structure, and responsibility. You have good knowledge of booking systems, preferably BRP, WR, Spectra, or similar, and you navigate confidently in both digital tools and a sometimes fast-paced work environment. As a person, you find it easy to meet people and always prioritize the guest's experience. You are solution-oriented, responsible, and have a natural sense of order that helps you keep your workday structured even when a lot is happening at once. For the position, it is advantageous if you speak and write in both Swedish and English, have a driver's license, and can start after January 1, 2026. We believe you are a flexible person who enjoys working throughout the house and finds that varied tasks energize you.
