We are looking for a café assistant who can also bake. Currently, those working here are aged 19-24 years.

The person we are looking for is someone who can work independently, is stress-resistant and driven. You are punctual, know how to tell time, and manage your working hours. Work is scheduled for both weekdays and weekends, mornings and afternoons/evenings. Cannot be combined with studies.

As a person, you are structured and have the ability to make your own decisions. Furthermore, you are flexible with tasks, working hours, and in collaboration with your colleagues. Putting the customer first is a given for you.

Job Responsibilities

• Take care of our café guests
• Step in and bake when our baker is off
• Prepare lunches, sandwiches, and orders
• Order and receive goods
• Clean to ensure a tidy environment
• Cash register
• Self-control

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in café, pastry shop & bakery
• MUST be able to speak & write Swedish fluently
• Is a trained baker or pastry chef or has similar experience, e.g., internship
• Can step in and bake when our baker is off
• Has cash handling experience
• Has barista experience
• Knowledge of self-control
