Stora Brännbo is a modern conference facility and a hotel with proud traditions, beautiful surroundings, and a warm welcome. We are now looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed in our kitchen team and contribute to a pleasant and well-functioning work environment.

About the position

As a dishwasher with us, you will be an important part of the kitchen's daily work. You support our chefs and serving staff by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, organized, and ready for service. The shifts vary and may include breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.

Responsibilities

• Washing dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen equipment
• Handling the dishwashing room and machines
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen surfaces
• Restocking and organizing in the kitchen
• Assisting in setting up and preparing the breakfast buffet as needed
• Ensuring that hygiene and safety procedures are followed

Who are we looking for?

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are detail-oriented
• You enjoy working in a team and take responsibility for your tasks
• Experience in similar work is a plus but not a requirement
• You speak Swedish fluently so we can communicate clearly and safely in the kitchen

Working hours

Extra as needed, with the possibility of shifts during both weekdays and weekends.
