At FRAM, we are fully convinced that working in hotels or restaurants is the most fun job in the world. We are a personal recruitment and staffing company that works exclusively within the hotel and restaurant industry. We see the industry a bit differently. We appreciate our colleagues and are truly passionate about this.

We have several hundred employees, a dozen offices in Stockholm, Malmö, Gothenburg, and we are really doing great!💪

Of course, we are an authorized staffing company, members of Visita, and affiliated with collective agreements.

We have successfully taken over large parts of the market in Gothenburg, Malmö, and now FRAM has established itself here in Stockholm for real since 2023 with several seasoned colleagues in the office who know the industry in every respect. We are going all in, taking no prisoners, and intend to become the unequivocally best employer for us industry professionals within the hotel and restaurant sector.

FRAM only works with serious companies and we choose who we work with. Our clients range from large corporations, nice neighborhood restaurants, leading hotel chains, good corporate restaurants, arenas, and conference facilities where the common denominator is that they are fair, whole, and clean workplaces with a good atmosphere and sound values.

We make no short-term decisions and everyone who joins us we intend to work with for many years to come. Whether it's our colleagues, clients, friends, or our customers.

Our clients, who are also friends and industry colleagues with the mandate and responsibility to recruit key positions, consistently turn to us at FRAM for incredibly effective recruitments. It mainly involves sharp head waiters, skilled chefs, and dynamic sous chefs, but there have also been requests for HR manager positions, GMs, and FnBs at large companies and reputable corporations.

Not to brag, but we have successfully solved a considerable number of recruitments since we started here in Stockholm 😎.

We at FRAM completely skip the sales talk with both clients, consultants, candidates, and work transparently so here at FRAM things usually move quickly and smoothly. We are not wait-and-see types.

Other more traditional staffing and recruitment companies do not pick up the phone or take a job profile unless they get shamelessly paid in advance, skewed guarantees that do not work in reality sometimes with subpar delivery. We at FRAM think this is incredibly rude, unfair to both the client and the employee, and does not promote anyone or the industry in general.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Super easy. Give us a call or send in a spontaneous application, and we will get back to you a.s.a.p. On the phone, we will go through what motivates and inspires you, your goals, your requirements, and a bit of other formalities. If you are like us and are eager, we will schedule a meeting here at our office on Västmannagatan in the city. 

You will get to know us and feel our pulse, we will see that you are presentable and know what you are talking about. We will enter you into our business system and start going through your profile.

Sooner or later, we will call you about a potential golden job. You will find out everything related to the position, which company it is with, salary level, responsibilities, etc. Since we all speak the same language in this industry, you will more or less immediately know if it is interesting or not. If you want to know more, we will make sure to set up a meeting between you and our contact at the company in question.
