We are currently looking for a Sous Chef for an established restaurant in central Stockholm. The recruitment is handled by us at Four Service, and the position is a direct employment with the client. This is a workplace with a high tempo, a clear concept, and a focus on quality. Here, food, drink, and experience are combined in an environment where the guest is always at the center. About the role As a Sous Chef, you work closely with the Head Chef and are responsible for the daily operations in the kitchen. You lead the work during service, ensure quality, and ensure that the team functions efficiently. Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and distribute work in the kitchen during service
• Ensure quality, taste, and presentation
• Support collaboration and development
• Introduce and develop employees
• Contribute to order, structure, and a good working environment

The position is full-time with a rolling schedule. Working hours are primarily in the evenings and weekends. Start date is by agreement. We are looking for you who:

• Have experience as a Sous Chef or are an engaged chef ready for the next step
• Are used to working in a high tempo
