Welcome to our kitchen – a place where passion for ingredients, meticulous craftsmanship, and great teamwork create memorable dining experiences. We are now looking for a chef who wants to help develop our menu and contribute to a warm and professional work culture.
About the role
As a chef here, you will work in an open and dynamic kitchen where quality, pace, and team spirit are in focus. You will be involved in both planning and production, from mise en place to service, and actively contribute to menu development alongside the kitchen management. The role involves ensuring excellent taste, correct presentation, and efficient workflow during both lunch and dinner shifts.
Main responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and routines with high quality and a good sense of taste and presentation.
- Work with mise en place and production routines to ensure efficient delivery to service.
- Collaborate closely with other chefs, service staff, and the bar to create the best possible guest experience.
- Follow food hygiene and HACCP routines, and maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen.
- Participate in receiving and checking deliveries, as well as handling raw materials and inventory.
- Make quick operational decisions when needed and contribute to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, service-minded, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You have a strong interest in ingredients and flavors, as well as the ability to work systematically and collaborate well with colleagues. Requirements
- Documented experience from restaurant kitchens, preferably from similar kitchens or concepts.
- Good technical skills and a sense of timing, taste, and presentation.
- Knowledge of and experience with food hygiene and HACCP routines.
- Ability to work systematically under pressure and make quick decisions when necessary.
- Flexibility regarding working hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Good knowledge of Swedish; English is an advantage.
