We are now looking for you who want to work as a dishwasher in school kitchens. A job where you become an important part of the daily routine for both students and staff in schools and preschools.

As a dishwasher, you ensure that the kitchen runs smoothly. You handle the dishes, keep things clean, and help out where needed. A job for you who enjoys a fast pace and contributing to good teamwork in the kitchen.

Pamoja is the largest provider of substitutes for schools in Sweden. We have agreements with many schools and offer a wide variety of exciting assignments.

How the job works

You often work on short notice (same morning). You can work a lot or a little, often or rarely. Which tasks you will work on will be agreed upon when you are hired. You are then always personally matched to your assignments (based on your preferences and skills).

You manage the job easily through our smart app. Additionally, you always have a personal contact with our support team who assists you when needed – before, during, and after the job. You work securely with a collective agreement. Of course, you receive a proper introduction to the job before you start.

What do you need to be able to do?

• You must have completed upper secondary education (high school diploma).
• You need at least 6 months of experience working as a dishwasher in a large kitchen at a school, preschool, or restaurant, and knowledge of safety regulations and hygiene rules applicable in school kitchens.
• You must also be willing to take responsibility and initiative and have a desire to collaborate with others.
• You have great freedom to change your schedule – but you must be willing to work as you commit.
• You need to be able to work at least 2 days a week (Are you a student? Then you need to be able to work at least 1 day/week).
• You should want to be a good role model for everyone you meet at work!
