Kitchen Assistant for Persian Cuisine

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking someone who is eager to learn our way of working. It is a plus if you can juggle multiple tasks ("keep multiple balls in the air"), but the most important qualities are your work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements:

• Languages: You must speak at least one of the following languages: Swedish or Persian.
• Experience: No prior experience is required! The most important thing is your attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge: Willingness to learn, or existing knowledge of, traditional Persian recipes, techniques, and ingredients.
• Performance: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes at a fast pace.
• Teamwork: Strong ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in handling kitchen equipment and tools.

Your Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of Persian dishes with precision.
• Monitor food quality to ensure it meets our standards for taste and presentation.
• Manage kitchen resources efficiently to minimize waste and maximize productivity.
