Shift Leader for Starbucks Stockholm Central

Starbucks is an international coffee company and café concept founded in the USA, now present in thousands of cities around the world.

About the role:

With us, you will work in an engaged team, and together we create a positive experience and a warm culture where everyone feels welcome. As a shift leader, you are a role model for the team you lead. You work in daily operations and are the one who leads and distributes tasks. You ensure that the work is carried out according to agreed contracts and standards. Your tasks also include staffing, onboarding new employees, training, ordering goods, and any personnel issues.

Who are you?

You have experience in team leadership, enjoy working in service, and thrive on leading people. Together we create a positive experience and a warm culture where everyone feels welcome. You take initiative and have overall responsibility for the team and daily operations. To succeed in this role, you enjoy a varied pace and have a clear focus on service and quality. You collaborate well and communicate fluently with guests, colleagues, and managers. Order and tidiness are a given for you, and you speak and write Swedish and English fluently. Our opening hours range from early morning to late evening, and the work is done in shifts.
