We are looking for a person who loves cooking and has an eye for detail. You should be flexible and able to work days, evenings, and weekends.

Your main tasks will be to cook from scratch, assist our head chef, work at the pass, prepare food for the coming day, and be good at mise en place. You should be able to perform self-checks and have a good economic understanding regarding the kitchen. It is also important to be meticulous, organized, and able to work while keeping your surroundings clean and tidy; even cleaning and tidying up is important.

Tasks:

● Cook well-prepared food

● Plating

● Ordering goods

● Mise en place

● Keep track of the kitchen budget

● Stocking goods

● Dishwashing

● Handling according to food safety regulations and applicable self-checks

● Temperature checks and food samples

● Cleaning

● Cardboard/packaging disposal

● Ensuring everything in the kitchen is clean and tidy at the end of the day
