ABOUT THE ROLE
We are now looking for a night receptionist for our Front Office team, and as the title indicates, the working hours are during the night. As a night receptionist, you assist the Night Manager with various tasks that occur during the night; check-ins and check-outs, luggage handling, answering phone calls and emails, as well as some administrative tasks. The goal is to always offer guests the same service at night as during the day. You will have your own checklist with various tasks and some reporting.
We are looking for someone who is positive, structured, and passionate, with a few years of professional experience - preferably with international experience. You have previous experience and/or education in the hotel industry. You have also previously worked with the hotel system Opera Cloud. If you have prior experience in night work, it is a merit.
Everyone who works with us must speak Swedish and English. In your role, it is also necessary to feel comfortable communicating in writing in both languages. If you speak and write additional languages in this international environment, it is certainly a big plus. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. A B driver's license is required as you will be handling guests' cars to and from our garage.
The working hours are from 21:30 to 07:30 according to a rolling schedule, generally seven days of work followed by seven days off. The position is a permanent employment with a six-month probationary period.

You should have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written forms. Additional languages are a merit.
You have previously worked with the hotel system Opera Cloud.
You have a B driver's license.
You understand a career at night and the implications of this work style.

The position is a permanent employment at 100% starting in March. We apply a six-month probationary period.
