STHLM Brunch Club is looking for brunch cooks for the summer season 2026!

We are an institution in Stockholm's restaurant scene and, after more than 10 years, we are still one of the city's absolute most popular brunch and breakfast restaurants.

The menu is inspired by breakfast culture in England, Australia, and the USA; featuring fluffy pancakes, French Toast, Eggs Benedict, and Full English breakfast, but we also have smoothies, fresh juices, and the best milkshakes in town. All served in a charming location in Vasastan where the queues often stretch down the street on most days.

We are a small but mighty team with many different nationalities and cultures. The place is small but we have high volumes, so it requires working across departmental boundaries and helping each other where needed.

Education/Experience:

We want you to have worked as a cook for a couple of years and have documented experience, from Sweden or abroad. Since we are an international workplace, we see it as a positive if you have experience from abroad.

We cook everything to order in our small kitchen, usually working in teams of 2, taking turns in service or prep. On weekends, the pace is high, and you need to have a certain physicality and be able to handle the stress while enjoying getting the food out quickly and beautifully.

We cannot emphasize enough how high the pace can often be in our kitchen. We only have 50 indoor seats, and the place is quite small, but on a good Saturday with an open outdoor terrace, we can serve over 350 guests. This means you have orders coming in non-stop from 08:30 to 15:50; and if you do not have a good structure in your work method and experience from other places with high volume and fast pace, it can be overwhelming for most.

If you have the willingness to learn and have the right attitude at the core, we can in some cases overlook a lack of experience.

We need help during the summer season May-August/September, with a good chance for part-time/extras after that.

We offer:

Daytime jobs in various shifts 07-16, weekends 07:30-17:00

Individual salary setting based on collective agreements (staff also earns tips which is a nice bonus)

Working hours can be discussed, but most work around 80%.
