About the position

We are looking for someone who wants to work extra as needed in our reception and conference department. The shifts may vary and occur on both weekdays and weekends, during the day and in the evening. Perfect for you who are studying, have another job, or simply want a flexible part-time job.

Your role with us

As a receptionist and conference host/hostess, you are often the first person our guests meet — and you love to take that step forward, meet their gaze, and warmly welcome them. You create security, structure, and a positive feeling right at the door.

Your tasks may include:

• Welcoming and checking in/out guests
• Providing service and information on-site and via phone/email
• Preparing and assisting in our conference rooms
• Handling basic technology in meeting rooms and conference equipment
• Collaborating with other departments to create a complete experience

We are looking for someone who…

• Radiates a sense of service and enjoys meeting people
• Is confident, takes initiative, and dares to take space when the guest arrives
• Has good technical understanding and can handle conference technology
• Fluently speaks Swedish and English
• Is flexible, responsible, and enjoys working at a varied pace

Previous experience in reception, hotels, or conferences is an advantage but not a requirement — your personality and attitude are the most important.
