We are now looking for a new colleague here at Hotel C Stockholm for the reception team. The position is 75% and includes both daytime, evening, and weekend work.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering unforgettable hospitality to our guests, even when things get busy. You enjoy being the spider in the web, are a natural problem solver who always sees the glass as half full, and have a natural drive to always want to deliver your best.

About the position

As a Front Desk Agent with us, you will work closely with all hotel staff, and together we will ensure that guests have an experience beyond expectations. This will give you the opportunity to develop both in your role and at the hotel, and above all, personally.

In the role of Front Desk Agent, you will primarily work at the reception and perform tasks such as checking in and out guests, answering the phone and emails, and being readily available for guests.

Daily tasks

• Daily work in the reception and lobby
• Administrative tasks related to the reception

• The work is conducted during the day, evening, and weekends according to HRF's collective agreement
